

LA Apparel is currently facing a lawsuit for alleged wage violations that occurred over the past 8 years, with claims that employees were not paid the wages they were entitled to.
The cases are titled Rogers v. LA Apparel, Inc., Bautista v. LA Apparel, Inc., and Jimenez v. LA Apparel, Inc., which are currently pending in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, under case numbers 21STCV05094 and 21STCV05345
THE LAWSUITS ALLEGE:
· Minimum wage and overtime violations
· Meal and rest break violations
· Failure to pay all wages owed
· Inaccurate wage statements
· Failure to reimburse work-related expenses
